Baby Ruth

The Baby Ruth candy bar is an American candy bar made of peanuts, caramel, and chocolate-flavored nougat covered in chocolate. It was originally developed in 1921 by the Curtiss Candy Company based on its product then known as "Kandy Kake." In 1981, Curtiss was purchased by Nabisco, which sold the Curtiss brands to the Swiss company Nestlé in 1990, and Nestlé continues to produce the bar.
